Established in 2006 by Jacques Baars, we have continued to grow over the past 20 years. We have worked with various clients on scales large and small from small business owners to BidVest Companies, Production Companies, Value Fencing, and Caterquip. Bespoke Website Design and Development

Website Design and Website Development is the core of our company. We are passionate about website design and website development.

We are always working and improving The W3D Platform, incorporating the latest technologies, improving on speed (load time), security and user experience.

The W3D Platform is the shared base plus the extras a website needs - packages that bolt on. Every website we design and build runs on the same platform.

We have packages that bolt onto any site built on The W3D Platform. They extend what the site can do. Some, but not all: products, shopping, locator, blog, videos, books, eBooks, cars, donations, events, feedback, files, gallery, pages, support, and more. All of that is managed in our Custom Content Management System (CCMS).

We also build portal websites for B2B, Reseller Accounts and more. The same packages bolt on, ready to use.

Process

The length of time it takes to design and build a website depends on the scope of work - it could take as little as 1 week or longer than 3 months.

We can estimate a more accurate time line once we have gained an understanding of what you need.

If we take on your project, we will design and build the site on The W3D Platform, using AI tools where they help. We still review everything before it ships.

We only offer maintenance to websites that we have designed and / or developed.

We can provide you with a quote for structural, design or content changes based on what needs to be done.

A 50% deposit is required in order for us to start working and the remaining 50% upon site completion, unless otherwise stated or agreed upon.

Communication

• We do not offer call outs

Terms

Please note that domain and hosting has to be kept with us. This is due to The W3D Platform, as well as the ease of management and the level of service we can offer you.

We are pleased to introduce automated upgrades to The W3D Platform, this service is charged at a small monthly fee, billed annually or monthly as "Website Core Maintenance". We may ask for a further contribution towards upgrades should a website need to be worked on individually.

Regular upgrades to The W3D Platform keeps all websites up to date and will save you money in the long run. Upgrades will also improve SEO (Search Engine Optimization), Security, Functionality, Features and more.

SaaS

Software as a Service

Software as a service is a delivery model for software applications whereby the vendor hosts and operates the application over the Internet. Customers pay for using the software without owning the underlying infrastructure. With SaaS Contracts, customers will pay for usage through their billing.
